Snakes:

We saw several snakes in Costa Rica. Most of them, although deadly are very shy and will only attack if threatened.

This is a green vine snake which is very lethal. They are difficult to spot since they hide in the vines and blend in very well.
This snake is called an Eyelash viper for obvious reasons. It is very venomous.
